Do not use in Tenerife

Initial order process for a mobility scooter for my husband was very good.Order was from Monday 23rd March 10am until Friday 27th March 6pm, the scooter was delivered to our hotel in Tenerife on time, but we were advised it would be collected at 3.30pm on the Friday as that is the latest pick up time.Came to use it on day 3 and the scooter had been taken from the charging point at the hotel.Called the company straight away and was told to ask reception to view CCTV. Only the police can view footage.The company said they would try to locate the scooter and call us the next morning. NO PHONE CALL!!!My husband had to call them and ask what was happening.Driver turned up at the hotel with no replacement and gave €20as a refund for 2 days.Will not recommend this company or use again!
