We rented a wheelchair in Rome and prepaid it. The front wheel rubber (fatigued and cracked) kept falling off requiring me to repeatedly get on the ground to reattach it. This even happened in the Sistine Chapel. The local company wanted a video to believe me. They were not cooperative on replacing the chair. They told me to go to them for a replacement chair. I had paid for delivery and pickup. The company was on the fringe of Rome and cost me 60 euros to get the replacement chair with NO reimbursement for the taxi fare or inconvenience. Motion4Rent was no help in resolving this. I do NOT RECOMMEND this company.
