I signed up for a two-year contract with the company, and early into the second year, it has been a nightmare. I ordered and paid for items in mid-June, and was told by the CEO it would be a four-week delivery. Now, it's week 11, and my order is still not in the country. Part of my order arrived with badges sewn on instead of embroidered, which looks terrible. I was promised two goalkeeper strips in two weeks, but they haven't shown up either. Communication has been nonexistent, and it's been a series of lies. Spending a significant amount of money should not feel this frustrating.
