This company is a SCAM. They trick you with the pricing, showing you a different price up front. Then, you expect to have a doctor consult because having one is REQUIRED to determine MEDICAL NECESSITY but they did not give me a consult and I cancelled my order immediately after it was issued due to 1) the deception with the price and 2) Not being comfortable not having a virtual consult with a physician. The "Support team" knew this for days and gave me the run-around until they ultimately ignored me and then shipped out the order anyways TWO DAYS AFTER I CANCELLED AND SAID NO TO! This is fraud, deceptive and unfair trade practices, and health care fraud and I am an attorney and I will be filing a lawsuit against this company. The "website" is just a link on your phone if you use your phone number, which barely functions, and the whole thing is one giant scam/money grab. I have filed a fraud claim with my credit card company for giving me a product I did not order (the price was incorrect and misadvertised and I was trying to switch or cancel the order), at a price I did not agree to, for something I expected to have the opportunity to have a telehealth session with a doctor about (which is against medical regulations and is fraud to simply issue controlled substances to people without doing), and something I completely REJECTED and CANCELLED yet they went ahead and shipped it anyways. See you guys in court.
