I needed to make my Triumph Thunderbird seat more comfortable & read about lambskin seat covers on the Internet. I knew nothing about these covers so I contacted Matthew at MotoCoverz for advice & info. Matthew could not have been more helpful. As I live relatively local to their premises he invited me visit so that I could discuss what I needed & see what he could offer. I took the seat with me & spent half an hour with him while he explained all about lambskins & showed me the different types, thicknesses & colours. Having understood what the lambskin would do to help me be comfortable we agreed on a skin to be used & he fitted it to my seat while I went off locally for a cup of tea. He charged me £65. Matthew also gave me advice on how to care for & maintain the cover as well as sending me a brush a couple of days later so that I could brush out the wool when necessary. My problem with a previously uncomfortable seat was solved by the lambskin cover; it was really comfortable & I was happy that I now had a durable & longterm solution. I had been looking for a replacement seat at around £400 so I was very happy to pay £65. I received a first class service - problem solved!
