Worst shopping Experience I ever had. Communication and delivery are horrible and item runs small. Takes them almost 3 weeks to deliver, never sent a updated email in regards to tracking number carrier tracker etc... until I contacted them manually. I ordered a 3XL jacket, and 3XL usually fits me, it runs small and did not fit me. Tried to call, phone number does not work (intentional) and had to email 3 different representatives in regards to this. They were not attentive and refused to let me make a return, claimed it was per my order requested and unless size was sent wrong or damage to item They wouldn't let me return it. They offered 40% off next order to try and mitigate the situation. This is worst shopping experience I ever had and they are very unprofessional. Please avoid the hassle and stress.
