I bought a windscreen from MotorcycleScreens.eu for my Honda NC750X. After only a short time of normal highway riding (around 130 km/h), the windscreen cracked around the mounting hole and broke off completely. This was extremely dangerous – the part could have hit me in the head or caused an accident.When I contacted the seller, instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me for “overtightening” (which is not true, I am a mechanical engineer with assembly experience). They refused to replace the defective product and hid behind their “policy”.This is unacceptable behavior for a company that sells safety-related motorcycle parts.I will also escalate this to consumer protection authorities.⚠️ I strongly advise other riders to avoid MotorcycleScreens.eu.
