I've had to revise the 5* review I was asked to provide on the day of picking up the car...Unfortunately after 19 unreturned phone calls and 7 unanswered emails I've had to make a claim through my bank following a major defect only 3 days into picking up the car. The minor and major defect were never actually reimbursed despite constant promises they would be sorted by "end of the day". I've given up trying with them now so will have to go through my credit card provided or small claims court. Absolutely shocking as they seemed like decent guys and the were until you drive off the forecourt.
