Mark was always polite, friendly and highly professional. Nothing was too much trouble, despite the fact we discovered a last minute issue on the vehicle just before we were due to have over to the buyer. He went out of his way to facilitate a fix for the problem, even arranging for the van to be taken to and from the repairers. He provided excellent communication throughout and ensured the whole transaction was pleasurable and trouble free.Overall, a great experience. Thank you Mark.
