After a challenging three-hour drive through heavy snow, I arrived feeling exhausted, but their warm welcome helped me relax. Special thanks to the engineer, whose expertise was impressive. He identified a hidden safety hazard in the gas piping I modified myself—something nearly impossible to notice in regular use. He explained everything clearly and patiently. Additionally, a junior engineer demonstrated the proper use of LPG safety protection equipment, leaving a lasting impression. They quickly repaired my diesel heater and conducted thorough testing for three hours, even proactively testing the electric heating mode and mixed heating mode to ensure my upcoming trip goes smoothly. The entire team was friendly and full of energy. As I was leaving, everyone was laughing together. I’m not sure if they noticed the light-hearted “key protector” joke my partner designed for me, but their smiles and warmth brightened my day. I also want to thank a young man who assisted me with directions upon my arrival. Because of this excellent team, I have developed great trust in this service, and I’m considering purchasing a larger model from them next year. Highly recommended!
