It’s easy to be sceptical about leasing brokers as “middle men” but when the job is well done it is the real added value in the process of leasing a car. Customer service that is not only very fast to react and respond (sometimes literally within the hour on emails) but which anticipates client needs and provides information and updates unprompted is a rare thing in any business and deserves all the credit it can get.
