I live in Australia and was trying to book a motorcycle, seeking clarification on the coverage of the 'insurance'. The representative I dealt with was unpleasant, providing no documentation or terms and conditions, and kept referring me to earlier emails stating it was insured. I have lost all confidence and will not be using this service again. I really don't understand how they achieve 4/5 star reviews—be cautious.
