Motorola razr 40 ultra black screen …

Bought a moto razr 40 ultra in may this year screen started to go black across the middle then spread all across the screen, phoned Motorola with the problem who asked me to send photos of the screen from different angles which I did, that was three weeks ago and not heard anything from them about sending it for repair since. I cannot do a factory reset because of the black screen and all my data is on the phone including my bank details so I have had to destroy the phone. The phone calls to Motorola cost me forty pounds. I have never had to deal with a company so bad and will never ever use them again and would advise anyone reading this to do the same. I have now got a honor magic 6 lite and it is perfect in fact my ringtone is Ed sheerans perfect.
