On September 23, 2024, I ordered and paid for a Moto G 5G cell phone directly from Motorola on line. It was delivered via UPS the very next day. I signed for delivery but when the UPS driver handed me the box, it was obvious the box was empty and damaged on the bottom. I called this to the attention of the driver, handed him back the box and refused delivery. The driver reported it to UPS and told me they would investigate. I next called Motorola to report the incident and request a replacement. They said the investigation would take 8 to 12 days before I could cancel the order and either receive a replacement or a refund. I could not wait that long for a phone so I bought the same phone on Amazon and received it the next day. Well, it has now been SIX WEEKS and I have heard NOTHING from Motorola. I have now filed a DISPUTE with my credit card company which will probably take another month or so to resolve. I am appalled with Motorola. I never got the product I paid for and I feel they should have refunded my money immediately and work with the carrier (UPS) that THEY hired regarding the lost phone. btw, I gave this review 2 stars ONLY because I like the product but the service sucks! I highly suggest you NOT purchase directly from Motorola.
