I have seen two sets of Motorola reviews both featuring a preponderance of one stars! Here is mine.I recently bought an e13, fine for what I need if for as an an older person not permanently glued to their phone. However, I then found the camera didn't operate and threw up a strange message: 'The app does not have critical permissions needed to run. Please check your permissions settings.' There was a 'Dismiss' option and one or two other odd things to do that all led back to the original message.I then decided to call technical support. After all, it is their phone so they must know what it means, right? Wrong! Have you noticed that these days you cannot get put through to a Technical Support person and that this now seems to be right across the board? A very pleasant young person, whose job it was to act as gatekeeper, then sent me - yes you've guessed it - a link so I could work it all out by myself. I am not a techie type and said this was not helpful. I was also told to try resetting the phone but would have lost stuff I had saved and in any case I had a sneaking suspicion it wouldn't work. I was then told I could send the phone in and be without if for a few days, during which time they would also have wiped if. The bottom line is that I have a Motorola phone and the camera doesn't work. I don't do much with this phone, make and receive calls, texts and so on but I would not be at all surprised, based on this experience and reading the reviews of others, that there would be something else to go wrong. Very disappointed with what used to be a good name.
