I purchased a Motorola G35 5G in December 2024. In February the wi fi and mobile network both stopped working. I sent the phone back to Motorola thinking that it would be either repaired or replaced under warranty. However, Motorola's designated repairer advised me that the phone had been physically damaged (bent) and that I would have to pay for repairs. I instructed them not to repair it.The phone has now been returned to me and yes it is bent (the casing and the screen). I'm not sure how I could have bent the screen without cracking it ! However, in the short time that I have owned it, I have not dropped it, sat on it, put it in my back pocket or damaged it in any way. Motorola are still refusing to accept any liability. Please don't buy one of these phones. They're cheap for a reason.
