After some 20 years with Motorola we wanted to buy some new Motorola phones.This is the email we sent the customer services of Motorola and Lenovo------ Start of our email to Motorola and Lenovo-------Hi technical wizards of the phone world at our favourite company Motorola! I want to buy 2 x Moto G85s please. I have used your Motorola 'contact us' form and had no reply.This is my second attempt! I have phoned your Motorola support team - twice - who said they will escalate the problem. This is my problem ... I use your site and find 3 lovely colours of your beautiful G85 model. I press 'Buy Now'. I see more details but can only find 'Notify me' to select. When I press 'Notify Me', nothing visible happens. Is it me? Apologies if I have not done something right as I am 76 and have been using your great phones for 20 years ish. Currently I am without a phone having given mine to my 92 year old step father at the weekend - he loves you too. So what to do? If you contact me AT ALL / EITHER WAY by end of play Thursday 9th October 2025 I shall be delighted to consider looking at Motorola products. (NO texts or calls please as I do not have a phone!) Email is good - please see below. If I do not hear from you, then I will have to look at those Samsung things or the ones that begin with 'X'! Come on chaps! Get in a team huddle and give old Pete and his beautiful wife Nora a reply so we know where we stand. It is not a problem if you are not selling them - that is your prerogative. In that case perhaps you would be good enough to tell me what you consider to be your best offer for about the same price. At my age we don't do videos, action shots, games or movies.
