I had a terrible experience with Motors in Motion. I ordered a front alloy crash bar for my Audi on a Saturday and paid £20 for delivery, but it didn't arrive until Wednesday. When my mechanic received the part, he discovered it was rusty and, to make matters worse, it was the wrong part - a rear crash bar instead of the front.I called Motors in Motion, and after investigating, they admitted to the mistake and agreed to collect the incorrect part and issue a refund. Two weeks later, I found out from my mechanic that they still hadn’t picked it up. Frustrated, I had to drive an hour back and forth to return the rusty part myself.When I arrived and asked why they hadn’t collected it, a short-statured employee dismissively told me they never agreed to do so and that there was no 'note on their computer for collection'. He then turned his attention to another customer call, leaving me standing there for another 10 minutes.The customer service was absolutely horrendous. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.
