Purchased 2x injectors and other parts for my Audi A6 back in December 2019. My mechanic refused to fit the injectors as he did not want to run the risk of having to spend more labour replacing them in the event they did not function. I took the parts back but was refused a refund (£70) as they claimed the injectors had been fitted. (They were never taken out of the plastic bag they were supplied in.) I left all the parts on the counter and refused to take them back with me. I then wrote to the owner/shareholder and explained the situation. Regrettably, I did not get as much as an acknowledgement! What a pity I did not read the reviews on Trustpilot before I had any dealings with this disreputable outfit.
