I ordered two tires for my ATV, but one arrived in such poor condition that it was unsuitable for use. I contacted the company and received no response. After opening a dispute for a return or exchange, I was told to send back the old tire at my own cost. The return shipping was too expensive compared to the tire's value, so I didn't send it back. Ultimately, they sent me old tires after I paid for new ones, and I had to purchase replacements elsewhere.
