Edit: 12.12.2022. After reaching out in German via social media, I successfully contacted them. I returned the parcel at no cost and received a full refund within two days of their receiving it. So that part was fine. -------------Original message: There is absolutely no customer service when issues arise. The parcel took around three weeks to arrive from Germany to Finland, and tracking was unavailable. The product was unsuitable, so I decided to return it. I attempted all contact methods over three weeks, including social media and their online form, but received no response. Their email was also non-functional. I’ve never had a negative experience with a large online shop before, but I cannot recommend this one.
