I have been with the organization for 6 years, starting as a care assistant for 4 years before joining the activities team in 2022. The residents brighten my day, and the staff are friendly and supportive; we truly are one big family! I love my job, bringing joy to the residents through singing, dancing, and laughter, enhancing their daily lives is something I take pride in. I feel well-supported in my role by management and the office team as well.
