This company are not a UK company and do not have a London returns address. They do not adhere to UK customer rights. No refund provided within 14 days of receiving goods. No refund on faulty goods. They state you have to send back at your own cost to CHINA before they will issue refund. The product (boots) received were of poor quality, did not match photo or description, were not leather. Arrived in bubble wrap, folded and creased. No box. Cheap cheap quality. £65 wasted
