DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I purchased a dress which was £50. It arrived and the quality was shocking and there was a rip down the side. I contacted Mova for a return to which they sent me a new dress (despite me specifically saying I wanted a return only due to the bad quality - it felt like a 5p quality dress, not £50!). They told me once the second dress arrived that I could return the dress and receive a refund. However, this was not the case. When I attempted to refund the dress they only offered me a 35% return of my money. I am now left with a dress that is absolutely shocking quality and a percentage cut of my money, to which I have still not received weeks later. DO NOT USE - they scam you
