Unfortunately bought a jacket from them when it eventually arrived as it took some time to get here. It was not as pictured let alone not the colour ordered. I have been emailing back-and-forth for the last week and a half over getting a refund and sending the item back.However, because they do not wish to cover the cost and then I be an air travelled back and I'm not willing to provide suitable packaging for it to be sent back in they keep trying to offer me a percentage of my refund. To be honest what they're offering is quite insulting. The company is not based in London they're based in China. Do not spend your money with these people. They are not worth your time or effort especially if you're trying to send items back.
