Poor poor poor….what more can I say do not believe the returns policy they state on their website. They have no returns policy other than offering a 30% refund.My item arrived not true to size and no labels on. The maximum refund they would offer was 30% and keep the dress. They made out I would have to fore-fit the return coat back to china of £40? If I was to return the dress. Auto generated responses is all I got. Stay well away from making any pitches from this website!
