Update Review Warning: Mova London is a 'misleading site' -one to avoid- I placed my order on 5th August 2025 and my dress that I ordered arrived late. The quality of the dress was of very poor synthetic quality material with no labels on and the fitting was poor. It is not as advertised. My view is that the company copy other advertised clothes and hope no one bothers to return them. I returned the dress by registered and tracked mail.Meanwhile, I reported this bad experience early to Barclays Bank - under the Debit Visa protection rules and a 'big shout out' to them they immediately processed my Chargeback request and I have received a full refund!I wish I had read the Trust Pilot reviews beforehand but everything looks legitimate to draw people in.
