I bought from here and they arrived 2 weeks late. Requested a refund and asked them to pay for the shipping due to the delay and they said it would be £40 as it was in China. Online it reported the warehouse was in Amsterdam hence why I bought.Offered me 10% refund or 120% store credit - I declined and replied to email but it was unable to deliver. Now can’t get refund.
