I want to give this company no stars!!! They are a shambles I echo comments from other people. I ordered a pair of wedge shoes. £39. Took two weeks to arrive. Very poorly made. As soon as I looked for the refund policy… I knew I was going to have a problem.. there wasn’t one!.. email contact only. They tried to get me to accept a different size, style and pay then £9.95 to ship! Or 10% refund! They say ‘London’ but when challenged the rep said we are based in Asia. If I wanted to return I had to ship to china! At a cost higher than the cost of the shoes. Misleading and avoidance of any refund.
