I ordered some sandals that were supposed to be orthopaedic, from Mova. The smell of glue and plastic when I opened the package was overwhelming. The sandals were of a disgusting quality, too small and the plastic straps incorrectly placed for the big toe. Like other customers, I was told I would have to pay £50 plus taxes to return the sandals to China.(They even asked for a photo to prove I could not wear them which I sent begrudgingly in order to get a returns address. They didn't send it.)
