Feeling totally duped. Dress arrived longer than anticipated wait. Ordered for teen daughter. The dress was so small, and my daughter’s dress size is 6 - 8. The dress looked nothing like it did on the website. Absolutely terrible material. Really cheap and horrible to feel. The material was so thin it was see through! In general, it is very badly sewn. Return process is shocking! You are told returns are to China at a cost of £40.00 or keep the dress and offered 5% refund. They then offered a replacement but I needed to pay £9.95 shipping. Was then offered 10% refund with 120% store credit. When asked why couldn’t have a full refund was told the item would need to be returned to China @ £40.00 first. In the end I accepted 15%, which is nothing, because I got fed up of emailing (a week of emails). Sadly, it was my daughter who paid for this dress and I wanted to get the money back for her. I haven’t checked if the 15% has been processed yet as was only agreed today. It seems Mova London will do anything to avoid refunding you. Will never use this company again and feel others should avoid it too.
