I purchased two dresses that were quite expensive, expecting good quality and style based on the pictures. Unfortunately, what I received looked nothing like what was advertised, the quality and fit were completely off.I contacted the company to request a refund, but the process was extremely frustrating. After a lot of back and forth, they finally agreed to give me the return address, but even that was done with difficulty. They stated I had to pay for all return costs, including expensive international postage and customs fees, which I did out of pocket.It’s now been over two months since I returned the items, and I’ve received no refund and no response to any of my follow-up messages.This has been a horrible experience with a company that clearly does not value its customers. For such high prices, this level of service is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
