This company is an absolute disgrace!!My complaint is exactly the same as all of the other complaints on Trustpilot.I was scammed too. Bought a pair of shoes for £33 which I then found on Shein for £11They refunded me £6.60 even though I asked them not to as I wanted a FULL refund. The shoes arrived looking nothing like the picture & were too small.After 3 weeks of communication & 71 emails later, they have now blocked me...I will not let this go as something needs to be done to stop this company from trading.Absolute scumbags!!
