Aweful experience. Pictures beautiful but what arrived was the incorrect colour and sizing with poor quality material used. Was also 4wks late which was too late for a wedding intended for. Excellent customer response. Said everything you would want them to say, reassuring etc. Requested a refund without the return of the goods as had certainly failed in relation to consumer right laws and was advised to send photos. Photos sent as yet no response. Now unable to access the online site. Will contact bank and report this as fraud tomorrow!
