Rogue company DO NOT BUY anything from them! I am still waiting for a product several weeks after expected delivery date and they won’t cancel the order or refund me.. after many emails this is my last after which they offered me a discount voucher if I spend more money with them on another purchase. ‘I see now that you are a completely scam company! I have now read thereviews and I see that you have no scruples whatsoever! My Mother is 85years old with poor health and was looking forward to receiving these shoesas she has very painful feet! Each day that passes she has been waiting forthe relief they offered in the description given and I was excited to helpher. I do not have much money and cannot afford to purchase another presentor to buy her alternative shoes. I see the return process is expensive anddrawn out and from what everyone is saying the shoes are likely to be substandard andnot as described in the advert.Your company is clearly unethical and you are causing anxiety, anguish andsuffering with your substandard approach to business. People can seethrough the polite emails you send as you are clearly well aware of yourshoddy products and services and the unhappy state of your customers. Iwill be posting this on every review site available until you refund me.
