This is a SCAM company. I bought shoes, way too small from usual size. Returned to UK address on parcel, by tracked, PROVED received by tracked and picture. Told they need to send to CHINA before I get refund and could take weeks. Asked for immediate refund, they offered % off price and keep shoes, although they have the shoes that don't fit. They just want you to give up as they make transactions exhausting with no intention of giving you back any money. Going to report them. UPDATE now only offering 25% REFUND as I paid to return to UK return address, they then return to CHINA, the deduct that from refund. They offered 140% deal and I pick something to that value but their goods as such poor quality I wouldn't want it anyway. Why not just return my money as THEY sent me size 7.5 shoes and my toes couldn't even fit into them. So FALSE advertising. Their English reply emails very detailed so they know what they are doing. just SCAMMERS. UPDATE chased again for my refund. Email bounced back. Be carful any companies not recognised on Instagram. Not worth the hassle.
