This company markets itself as Mova London but the supplier is in China and if you need to start the return process you will find they do everything they can to stop you receiving a full refund in the 30 days as per consumer rights in the UK. I was asked to provide a photograph of the item before they would advise how to process a return. Then they offered a replacement in a different size but I would have to pay £9.95 for shipping to / from China. Then when I confirmed I would like a refund as I didn’t want to risk another size not fitting with how long it took to ship in the first place they replied to say I would have to cover shipping and other costs that amount to more than the dress is worth. Terrible customer service designed to deter you from your statutory rights as a consumer
