I ordered a fur lined shirt from Mova London for £59.95 after 3 weeks of waiting it finally arrived the quality was rubbish , not what was shown, it didn't fit me even though I'd measured myself from their guide. They offer return within 30 days but don't tell you it will have to be sent to China (tracked,)and offer you several options none of which you want. The cost would be extortionate! so we're stuck with a shirt that doesn't fit and of inferior quality, here is what they say.
"Item must be unused and securely packed (original packaging preferred)
• Return shipping and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility
• Please select a shipping method where the sender handles customs clearance
• Do not choose a method requiring the recipient to handle customs.
• The shipment must include tracking
