Movcan has been really great. I bought my bike about a year ago. It was easy to purchase and I was able to set up a payment plan. The bike arrived quickly, it comes from China but they have a warehouse here in NJ, USA. It comes with a warranty which they advertise as 1 year but its actually only 6 months I found out. I had a bad tire that popped after I installed it and I contacted their customer service. To my surprise they actually respond quickly, every night due to time change. They sent me the parts needed for free. I had other issues with a part showing up broken for switching gears, they sent me a replacement part for that too. Now that I have had the bike longer, I needed a new rotar and break pads. I thought I had a year but they told me six months and I was at 7...luckily the lady at customer service still sent me the parts for free after I said I would write a bad review so...just fyi if you need stuff. In all they were a good company to order from, its hard not having your place here in the USA, but even with them being so far...they have helped me out. I really enjoy my bike. I got the vmax so not the fastest but the 2nd one behind it. Its still in great shape and I would definitely buy from movcan again.
