We received a quote and everything seemed fine. I asked multiple times about insurance for damages, and was reassured they had great coverage included. However, during the move, the movers were late, and one seemed quite clumsy, which led to damage. Upon arrival, we found significant issues with our furniture. When we reached out about the damages, they quoted additional hours and claimed we insisted on helping, which was not the case. They suggested we must have caused the damage ourselves and only offered a minimal concession. This experience has been very disappointing and has caused significant distress.
