MoveU is an online forum that helps people free themselves from pain and dis-ease. I am so lucky to have found it! I've had 4 spine surgeries including one a few weeks ago. Finally I have hope because of MoveU. Mike and Andrew have created an online program that we can each do at our own pace. We realize we have the power ourselves to remove the pain from our bodies and to become strong. The online community in MoveU is incredibly helpful and generous with their responses. I've never experienced anything like it before! I highly recommend MoveU!
