terrible across the board. let’s start off booking hard to get responses right away but not to bad, finally booked and signed a contract for 600ian to transport our car, days later they call about there being a strike that someone they knew about but didnt so now they’d need to double the price to 1200 to get someone we were cornered so we eventually agreed. they were supposed to pick up the car on the 24 of August they called after missing the deadline and pushed it back one day(not a great start) one day later we went to meet to drop the car off guy gets in the car with grease and dirt all over our white steering wheel and seats on our 100 thousand dollar car pretty annoyed but we had cleaners with us. guy leaves supposed to arrive in Vegas in 4-5 days 5 days arrives and there behind so yet another day delayed then for two days not a peep!!!! couldn’t find the car or driver called all the numbers texted etc. had to finally threaten with the police to finally get an answer car was supposed to be delivered July 30-31 finally August 5th it’s been delivered, driver was rude as if him being a week late was our fault we’ll definitely be disputing the charges. To double our trip last minute then being a week late on delivery is unacceptable. Use anyone else!!!!
