Horrible. I had an orange ticket for the train, so I needed to take a bus to the train station. I decided to take an early bus, so I am there in good time. The first bus didn't come at all. They didn't announce it in the app. Second bus came more than 10 minutes late, again, no info on the app about the delay. Lost my orange ticket as a consequence. All I wished from them was to let people know through the app the busses will not come/be delayed. Me and others waited almost 40 mins at the bus stop.
