They say to save paper, ridicolous because daily tickets are still available and because they waste a lot of paper just to advice that a zone changed from here to there.And since when the plastic is better than a recycled paper?A decision that didn't take care at all of the customers, done in one way, and full of miserable excuses to see their own app between the most used. Or sell this electronic plastic card with a fee.This rating is also valid for the other companies like Arriva, Anchersen, Metro,and who else that cover the munipality of Copenaghen and or all Danmark.
