Customer service replied soon enough, after I called their number to request a refund. But I was told to complete the Trustpilot survey, and I would then receive an email with instructions on how to proceed to return the items and get a refund, but they never sent a follow up email , instead asked if I wanted a 25 % refund and keep the items. Also, this company fraudulently billed me for monthly subscriptions of $82. !!! I contacted my credit card company and disputed all this.
