I signed up for a free trial a few months ago, and they continue to charge me despite my numerous attempts to contact them. Customer support is nonexistent. They provide a link to a 'profile page,' but there’s no option to unsubscribe. Speaking to a real person is impossible. I've tried canceling through my bank, but they keep withdrawing money monthly! Please be cautious with this site; many others share similar frustrating experiences.
