Accepted a single charge, realised immediately I had signed up to a WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTION I obviously didnt want so immediately terminated my account per the process outlined in their T&Cs (I checked) AND raised a ticket specifically stating I wanted to end any subscription and terminate my account as nothing was showing in my Google Play or Google account subscriptions (Suss af).No reply. And I checked both Google Play and Pay for any new subscription in case there was a lag. Nothing.1 week later and I get a notification that theyve taken nearly a tenner as an "in app purchase" despite me terminating my account and uninstalling everything.Had to contact my bank because wtf.They hide what youre agreeing to and then make it near impossible to cancel/end the payments.
