I've never made a bad review, and I hate to do this. Like others, I was charged and it was made incredibly difficult to cancel. For those having similar issues for cancelations (not showing in the Apple Store, etc), I found this to work:To cancel a Moyra app subscription, users report needing to create a Zotlo account (the payment processor) using the same email address as their Moyra account, then navigating to the subscriptions section to cancel. Some users also recommend contacting their bank to block future payments from both "Moyra" and "Zstore". Cancellation Process (Based on User Reports): Create a Zotlo Account: If you don't already have one, create a Zotlo account using the same email address you used for your Moyra subscription. Locate Subscriptions: Once logged into Zotlo, navigate to the subscriptions section. Cancel Moyra Subscription: Find the Moyra subscription and cancel it. Contact Bank: Consider contacting your bank to block future payments from "Moyra" and "Zstore". Why this process is necessary: Moyra app does not have a direct cancellation option on their website or through email. Zotlo handles the payment processing for Moyra. Some users find it necessary to block payments directly with their bank as a further precaution.
