It understandable that making payments from Canada would typically take 5-7 days to reflect but should it also take that length of time for customer support to respond to my emails? I am unable to make one-time additional payments directly from my Canadian account through "North Star Currency" and I have sent emails but it takes too long to respond. I was told to change my browser or device but it still doesn't work. It's like the system is designed to frustrate any effort made beyond the pre-authorized monthly payments . I don't want to stick to the payment plan so stop frustrating my efforts to pay down my loan faster.
