Everything was clear and straightforward. All hotel and transportation arrangements were as promised and punctual. We didn't have to stress about getting to and from the airport with our 7 pieces of luggage since it was all included, and the drivers were timely. The hotels provided were all top-notch with breakfast included. We requested a Haram view in Makkah, and they made sure we had it. We also found their prices to be quite fair. I would definitely recommend them to other travelers.
